I start by listening. Really listening. Who are you, what are you doing, and does it actually align with everything you are?
That means we look at the whole picture — your energy, your clarity, your creativity, your leadership, your vision — and where things could open up, flow more freely and move toward the outcomes that actually matter to you.
I have to go around the whole thing, the full 360 picture, as it’s all related and connected.

I don't arrive with a fixed framework or a set agenda.
I arrive curious — ready to listen, look at the whole picture and find what's actually needed.
Every engagement is different because every person, situation and organisation has it’s own distinct environment and challenges.

What I Stand For
I've spent decades working with people who care deeply — about their work, their impact, the world they're helping to shape.
I understand that drive because I live it too. It’s not always easy either. So I think we gain a real empathy for both causes and people working within them.
My background is unconventional and unique — three black belts, former team GB champion, holistic practice, life-long creative direction including the arts, music and philosophy and conscious entrepreneurship. So that's exactly what I bring to the work; a wide lens, a strong foundation, and a genuine commitment to going deeper than the surface.
The causes and people I'm most drawn to are those working for animals, the planet and humanity. If that's you — whether you're running an organisation, leading a team or finding your own way — I think we’d have a lot to talk about.
